Lesson FOUR
For my final addition in the facial feature chronicles, my art teacher and I focused on the ears. Its important to proportion each ear correctly in order to maintain harmony in your composition.

This was by far my favorite sketch in this series. I have never before realized how much detail is in a singular ear, yet I enjoyed drawing every aspect. Though it is both refreshing and bittersweet to end my facial feature journey, my final sketch has shown how much I have learned about portraiture and the usage of charcoal.
